Over the years, many of you have asked me to speak to friends, co-workers or relatives regarding tax and accounting matters. I have always been happy to do so as I consider this a great compliment as it reflects on your perceptions of me and my firm on both a personal and professional level. If you are considering referring someone to me, I want you to be aware of the standards by which I service these referrals.
First of all everything begins with my firms motto – “KNOWLEDGEABLE, RESPONSIVE, PERSONAL FRIENDLY SERVICE.” Everything we do as a firm revolves around that concept. We understand every client has different goals and objectives. As such we try to achieve a personal relationship so we can understand and thus develop tax or accounting strategies based on their personalities. We are always friendly and courteous in all of our dealings.
Second, we always strive for a high level of professionalism. I never give advice without fully understanding the issue. To maintain and expand my level of knowledge I am constantly reading professional newsletters and attending professional seminars.
Finally, Confidentiality is imperative. Each of my client relationships is separate and totally private.
I am writing this email to assure you that you can feel comfortable about my professional standards and that I will provide professional service to the best of my ability to any referral.
I do not charge your referrals for their initial consult. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and obtain a firm understanding of the situation.
